Properties:

This combination of fatty acids contains precursors of prostaglandins of the series 1 (PG1). These prostaglandins regulate the premenstrual syndrome, reducing the symptoms that many women suffer from days before each menstrual period: fluid retention, slight increase in volume, sore breasts, acne, etc. By inhibiting series 3 prostaglandins (PG3), it is also an effective anti-inflammatory in arthritis and osteoarthritis.
