Instructions for use:

Internal use:

Take 2 drops three times a day, added to an infusion cup, or mixed with a little honey, molasses, brown sugar or olive oil. With dropper.

External use:

Apply 3 drops of Bio Essential Oil Fine Lavender to the soles of your feet or the inside of your wrists.
