How can I look for products in Miscota?
You can find a product using three alternative methods:
- Search bar > search for product categories. Once you select one category you will have your chosen product list.
- In the same menu there is a searcher in the right part of the screen. You can introduce the name or type of product you are looking for in that open field.
- Brand list >which allows you to go straight to the product list in the selected brand.
How to add products to my shopping cart
In the product sheet you will see rows that specify the different sizes available. Select the size required and click the green button "Add to shopping cart". The product will automatically be added to your shopping cart.
How do I start processing my order?
Once you arrive at the shopping basket, check the products you have are the products you want to buy. Click the "End Order" button and follow the processing steps.
How can I make a payment with a discount code or gift certificate?
Once confirming your order in the shopping cart, you will see a field where you can enter the discount code.
Enter the code and press "use coupon". The code will automatically be implemented in your order.
Please note: One discount code may be used per customer.
What are the available shipping options and rates at Biuky.co.uk?
We offer a flat rate of €5,99 per shipment. This amount will be charged to your order when your order value is less than €120. If the price of the order is over €120, we will send it for free to your home.
What payment methods are available?
- Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express through our secure payment platform that we have in co-operation with Adyen.
Why should I log in?
In order to process the order and for the purchase to connect with your data, you must login.
As a new customer you can register with your email address and then follow the steps.
If you are already a customer of Biuky, then you can login with your email address and your password.If you've forgotten your password, just click "forgot password" and we will help you from there.
How can I finish my order?
Simply click go to the checkout and proceed with payment providing you have added your items to the basket.
Once you have chosen what you want to buy, Biuky will ask you for a payment method. If you're logged in choose/edit/create an address, If not logged in, put in all your details. and you can choose whether you want to sign up to get bone points.
You will receive and email with the Order Confirmation.
Can I modify or cancel my order after I have received the confirmation?
If you wish to make any changes to the order after receiving the confirmation, you may do so before it is processing.
Orders placed between midnight and 11:59 am can be modified and cancelled, while the period for cancellations and modifications of such orders will end exactly at noon (all times are GMT+1). Any later than that and the order is considered complete and can not be modified or cancelled. Orders placed between 12.01 and 2.59 pm can not be cancelled or modified in any way, unless otherwise agreed to.
It is of no cost to modify or cancel orders during the time period stated beforehand.
To change or cancel the order, contact our Customer Service and we will be glad to help you out.
When I will receive the order?
In your Order Confirmation you will receive an estimate date for the deliver, depending on the availability of the products.
Usually we do the deliver between 24 hours and 96 hours, if we have stock at the warehouse at the moment of the order. If we can't achieve that periods, we will advice you.
