Can I modify or cancel my order after I have received the confirmation?
If you wish to make any changes to the order after receiving the confirmation, you may do so before it is processing.Orders placed between midnight and 11:59 am can be modified and cancelled, while the period for cancellations and modifications of such orders will end exactly at noon (all times are GMT+1). Any later than that and the order is considered complete and can not be modified or cancelled. Orders placed between 12.01 and 2.59 pm can not be cancelled or modified in any way, unless otherwise agreed to.
It is of no cost to modify or cancel orders during the time period stated beforehand.
